We stayed from April 20-28,2025. The nice Korean lady who cleaned our room was very friendly, helpful and very clean ! I hope she gets a raise because she is so sweet !!!

Front desk service was excellent and the hotel is very clean and modern. The room was spacious and very cozy. We would stay here again next time we are in Seoul.

Awesome experience! Very clean rooms, great and helpful staff- late check out time as well (12pm). Very great facilities. Definitely a little far from the main city centre and so commuting is slightly annoying given how big seoul is but definitely a lovely hotel.
