Like everyone else said, the customer service of the lady receptionist during our check-in was terrible. Be prepared for an abrupt & rude treatment if you deal with her. Very impressed with this travelers’ hotel. With its proximity to the airport there are a lot of flight crews and transit passengers with a layover as was I. The rooms are clean and well appointed. Hotel is 2 minutes away from Unseo station (take exit 1), reception has two different hotel names, so remember which one you have booked (days or Howard Johnson). Reception was very kind and checked me in very quickly, her English is also very good!

Receptionist on duty on 15th August between 10am –11:30 AM was rude and unwelcoming, acted like we owed them something. On the bright side, housekeeping staff (Ajuma) was very friendly and greeted us at the corridor. She was the only pleasant part of our stay.
