Had a wonderful stay at Hotel Cappuccino. The location is perfect — close to great shopping spots and so many delicious food options around. The hotel has a modern and stylish vibe, and the lifestyle shop inside is really unique. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay even better. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting the city for both comfort and convenience!

BED BUGS, MOSQUITOES, AND FILTHY MATTRESSES! Remove the sheets from the beds and you'll be shocked at what you'll find - hair, dust, dirt, and red and dark brown bed bug feces all over what was covered by what you thought were clean-looking white sheets. You can even hear people talking on the streets. Usually hotel is booked and there is no availability for any other room. Plus the AC is right above the bed, blowing on your head. If you turn it of...

I stayed here for 8 nights. It's very close to the subway. Convenience stores and laundromats nearby. Both 24/7. I liked the room a lot even though it was a bit small. But cozy. And the bed was amazing.

Breakfast is good value by western standards. An improvement on the freshness of the bread would be my one suggestion. Staff were accommodating of my request to borrow an adapter. Room clean was prompt. My room disappointment was two fold; while the sink had hot water the shower did not ( and for a 2 night stay ). The thread count on the sheets could also be improved. Not soft.
