Handpicked Hotel & Collections (couple trip)

Really good hotel, located on a great location, accessible to everything from convenience store to main city. Near by shopping areas as well as Restaurants. Room, Amenities are good, comfortable cleaned rooms. Value for the money.

Cutleries and plate can't be taken to room, reason was not told to us. Instead we got spoon and bowl out of plastic for disposal after usage. On one hand they tell that they are environmentally friendly and then they don't provide normal cutlery and plate. In room there is no towel for the floor in bathroom (for usage after shower). No rubbish bag is available, only a bin which gets dirty easily...

Nice modern hotel with very kind stuff! The standard rooms are small but it's good for a few nights! Everything is clean and the beds are comfortable. The hotel is easy to reach with public transportation only 5 minutes to walk to the next station.

This is for the Owner, explicitly, because the staff is friendly, helpful, and very polite at any time, Dear Owner, For 2 nights we stayed in your hotel and we are happy not to come again. If you think that making a profit is the only thing you need to think about, then you are completely wrong. The following points lead to my rating. In detail, please read 1 to 5: 1. I was here 6 years ago. Tourist friendly! The receptionist helped me to write my destination in Korean to help the drivers (without me asking). I love everything from the linen, the super large kimono towel (to my body size), to the interior selections. Note: I don't taste the breakfast option.
