All staff members were helpful. DaeHo Kim and Ash at check-in desk were especially great. Breakfast buffet was too crowded and food was below my expectation. Room service was great and portion was not stingy. Will come back again one day but I will try different similar quality hotels that I have never stayed.

I stayed one night using the Amex FHR program. Due to the holidays, the hotel was perfectly decorated. Some take away from my visit. The room: overall very nice.
