This hotel never disappoints. I’ve stayed here for work as well as on vacation with the family—excellent location and ease to navigate Seoul. I wish there was a lounge for VIP or suites for family—I usually have to book 2 separate rooms for our family of four. Or maybe they book out early. I gave 4/5 stars because it’s an older hotel and has signs of wear in the shower and room. But still will be...

Though I’ve only stayed only one night in the hotel; but my family and I did have a good experience. Location was excellent and conveniently located. There is a direct underpass that can bring us to the KTX station. Service staffs were attentive and considerate; and offer to change my big notes to smaller notes and coins so that I can use the laundry. Overall a good stay. Thank you!

Room was rather small. Not much space to open our luggage. Lift can take a while as hotel is from 19 floor (reception) onwards. Along the corridor, there is a pantry to get water and also to iron your clothes if you need. Location is convenient. Straight down to B2 and we can walk to the Seoul metro station. Great location sitting right on top of an underground tunnel system with 4 minute walking access to Seouls subway. Or make a 15 minute walk to access to the KTX station. The staff were great and very helpful. They have a nice bar/restaurant on the19th floor serving a great buffet breakfast.

Fantastic spacious rooms and little extras (such as free water and microwavs on every floor) for the price. The gym and laundry were good. The location is great if you are getting around by train but not as nice for walking around the local area. There is a great coffee place behind it though! The reception staff were helpful and kind.
