I've stayed at this hotel about 4-5 times now. The staffs are knowledgeable and friendly. The rooms are flawlessly clean everytime. It's very close to many shopping places and eateries, and walking distance from the metro station(subway), easy to get to and from.

It is very convenient as it is connected with a deparment store and subway station. The water pressure in the shower is very good. Surprisingly there were lots of tourists. One thing that I wish the hotel can improve is to have the airport bus stop in front of the hotel entrance. I had 3 bags and had to walk about 100m without knowing which direction.
