What makes it 77% Baby-Friendly: Free stroller hire, nursing rooms, and elevator cable car help babies; still, long slopes and little shade mean carers must plan breaks and confirm facility hours first.
Why 2-3 hours visit duration is ideal for with baby: Allows time for a cable-car ride, nursing breaks, a quick summit visit and stroller-friendly loops without rushing the baby.
Ride Namsan Cable Car:
Take a glass-front cable car from the base to the summit plaza while seated with your baby in a stroller.
Tip: Use the elevator at the station to board with your stroller. Arrive before 10:00 to avoid queues.
Follow the Barrier-Free Mobility Course:
Walk a gentle paved loop led by volunteer guides. Paths accommodate strollers and wheelchairs.
Tip: Reserve your free spot at least one week in advance through the Seoul Guided Walking Tour Office.
Use Information Center Facilities:
Access stroller rental, private nursing rooms, and diaper-changing stations at the cable-car station.
Tip: Stop here first to pick up a stroller and map out the shortest route to the summit.

Beautiful and convenient hill park with stunning views to the city. Good maintained infrastructure. Quite crowded, especially on weekends. There is a bus (01A) going almost to the hilltop, and also a cable car.

First time to Seoul, hence visiting this iconic landmark. We could see the Tower from our hotel room, but it's different to be here :) Beautiful and calming energies! Transport: We were going to take the cable car up and hike down. However there was a long queue and we decided to hike up instead. Quite a bit of walk and stairs but nothing too challenging I'd say! We took a bus down from the top. ...

Excellent place for walk, running, cycling. Trails for older people and families with kids. Many toilets and some places to buy snack, especially on the top. You can connect park and tower visit. Good and bad weather, it does not matter. Really nice place to chill out or relax in nature, well maintained. Some people use bus to get in the top

Really nice place to get a view of the city! For those that are fit, hike through the path. They are clearly indicated and it’s a good heart exercise. Really rewarding once you reach the top
Spring brings cherry blossoms along the paths in April. Summer offers shaded pavilions and cool nursing rooms. Autumn reveals vibrant foliage in late October. Winter means fewer crowds and a warm cable-car cabin.
