Stanford Hotel & Resort Jeju (solo trip)

The room itself was nice, but there were flies and bugs flying around in the room. Also, it was supposed to be an ocean view room, but when I looked at the view from the room I was assigned, there was a tree in front... What is this for... If it was like this, they should have marked it as a partial ocean view... Or they should have moved the tree to another place.

Here, I personally have a higher satisfaction level with the pool villa rooms than the regular rooms. The pool in the room is a heated pool, so it is good for families to enjoy private water play. The only thing I regret compared to my previous visit is that check-in is only possible at 3 p.m., and the breakfast was so bad that I felt like there was nothing to eat because it did not match the faci...

오션뷰 1박2일 예약했습니다. 룸컨디션 - 아주 좋습니다. 군더더기 없이 깔끔하고 너무 좋아요 - 침대도 너무 좋았습니다. 이게 다입니다 근처 놀곳 먹을곳이 턱없이 부족합니다. 간단히 말해 힙한곳이 아닙니다. 그냥 멍때리며 쉬고싶은 분들은 탁월한 선택입니다. 이 것 외엔 공중파 TV가 안나옴 KBS를 업무상 꼭 봐야되는 일이 있었습니다 놀러가서 왠 TV인가 싶지만.. 꼭 볼일이였어야 됬는데.. 안나오네요 사람불렀는데 안되서 제가 조심스럽게 방바꿀수 있냐.. *다른동도 아님 계단이라 귀찮아.. 옆집이나 윗집.. 아래는 오션뷰집이 아니니 패스.. 알아본다하시고 전화주셨는데 풀 부킹이라 안된다 합니다. 그럼 아직 체크인 안한 방으로 가면 안되는거냐.. 안된다 합니다. 제방을 정리할 인력이 없다고 하네요...

애월쪽에서 호텔 이용할때 오픈 후 매번 찾는곳입니다.늘 1층만 이용했었는데 2층 오션뷰 애월동 202호 처음 이용했어요.엘레베이터가 없어서 여자들끼리 캐리어 이동에 어려울수 있어요.테라스를 너무 크게 만들어서 거실사이즈가 1층의 1/3 밖에 안되 불편했어요. 오션뷰인데 나무가 가려져서 잘 보이지도 않고.... 침구류 1개 추가했는데 요가 너무 얇아서 A4용지 깔고 자는줄....이거 정말 너무 등아프고 불편해서 밤새 뒤척이다 새벽에 잠 포기,소파는 작아서 발뻗고 누울수도 없고...멀쩡하던 사람이 아침에 등이 아파서 제대로 앉아있지도 못했어요.이런 요는 제공하지마세요.너무화나요. 욕실은 어찌나 추운지 뜨거운물을 욕조에 잔뜩 받아놓고 실내온도를 높인뒤에 겨우 샤워만... 이불 날라준 직원분을 체크인후 입실하며 만...

Staff were nonchalant to our complaints. Gave us a room with non-adjustable 30°C air conditioned on our first night. It was so hot, we opened the windows to let the cooler air in.
