Shin Shin Hotel Jeju City (with kids)

The rooms were dirty and the staff were rude. We had ti complain for 2 days about the cleaning before they changed our room (because their cleaning ladies didn't clean up at all)

I'm a Travel Agent from Malaysia. This hotel is a complete disappointment. We booked 10 rooms and 19tn of us. The rooms were dirty. Only gave face towel & No towel🧐 The breakfast was terrible. The best part is we need to remove the dirty plate by ourselves... We would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Not worth the price we paid. Disappointment

Dirties hotel ever! never changed the bed, pillow sheets and bed cover. The glass cup too, there was stain on it they did not even changed the cup. Disgusting.

Rooms: The room is dark even all the lights on room are turned on. The motion sensing light bear the entrance is sometimes to sensitive and sometimes not sensing anything.. The noise from the street are very audible. Service: It's the first time I stayed in a hotel which doesn't help clients to call local taxi.. especially when the local taxi drivers are so picky (it's not the hotel's fault though...

Only breakfast at hotel is excellent and location is close to airport Negatives - One pillow in room when asked for extra was asked to pay. Ridiculous. Give two pillows for each adult for free that is basic. Every day had bad dreams in the room would not go back. Stayed for 3 nights and same issue.
