Royal Hotel Jeju (solo trip)

don’t trust the pictures. there’s a reason the reviews are so low. i ignored them and thought it would be ok—it was not. the price may be tempting but do not stay here.

Worst place to visit. Felt like going to a horror place. Old lady was bad with dealing with customers. She made us change 3 rooms but every room were complete mess. One room even felt like someone was sleeping, bed was messy, window open, locks broken and false ceiling falling down. Oh my god! I can't even believe what I saw in there. They didn't refund us any money. That hotel was completely unsa...

The place Is so good, a lot people talk bad about It , but i dont think they are real travelers, i cant imagine them sleeping in the street or camping in any construction ,even in the beach. This place Is very good i recomended for people who dont care if Is a old building, Is old yes , but Is clean, instalations good care, hot water, good wifi AND the mama boss Is very nice!!🙏🏼🥰

Hotel is very bad. Everywhere you can feel strong ugly sigarette smell. Beds are made up bad, thete are hair on the sheets. Ugly uncomfortable pillows. Furniture is very old and function not well. Towels were with the holes. It was impossible to open the window in the room. All is in bad condition

Aweful. We arrived at 6pm just to see the staff in the middle of "cleaning". Didnt seem to be efficient at all, the floor was dirty with leftover of food, the room smelled cigarette, the curtain full of stains, the furnitures damaged, one light completely destroyed and falling from the ceiling, the flush of the toilet constantly running, the bathtub clogged...this hotel is just good if you want to...
