This was a very nice hotel with a good location and value. Rooms were very nicely appointed and we had a great view towards the ocean. We didn't eat there but the restaurant on the top floor also has an amazing view. Also, staff were friendly. Highly recommend.

good location, very close with the airport. room was clean and good. front desk staffs are kind, specially Emily. she helped to find my lost phone in the bus kindly. we had wonderful time in jeju. Thank you.

The location is good The suite room is big and comfortable. The pool is small and you need to pay to enter the pool. The pool cafeteria includes only drinks and cookies. There is coin laundry in the hotel. It’s more expensive compared to the other hotels we have visited in Korea. We bought breakfast in the hotel. It was good - a lot of delicious food.

This is an older hotel with a musty smell in the room. There is also no room service. However, breakfast was good, room had a smart TV with streaming services. The hotel was convenient for excursions and I appreciated the free shuttle to the airport in the morning.

Overall this was a very average hotel. For the price we did expect a little more. The room was fine and clean, but we disliked the breakfast - it was always cold and tasted bad (so don't bother including breakfast in your booking!). The pool and sauna were nice and stayed open into the evening, and were often very quiet even in June. Bear in mind the pool is not heated.
