Jeju Bolton Hotel (couple trip)

This is the first time I have given a 1 star review for anything. Stayed in this hotel for 3 nights. Was fine apart from noise from the road (especially motorcycles) until the last day, on 19/10/25 we went to have breakfast at the Bolton hotel breakfast buffet restaurant. Was overcharged for the breakfast and the person in charge refused to get a translator as he could only speak Korean, also no ...

Stayed there for 5 nights and we love the cleanliness and the modern design. All hotel staff can communicate in chinese. They were also helpful with kids and render umbrella for rainy weather! There is even hai di lao opening in mid june!! Definitely a good hotel to stay, will be back again.

I had a really bad experience with this hotel especially their rooms, has a horrible smell beneath our bed. As per our arrival, we encountered some hair on our towels at the toilet. I’ll probably say that the hotel is not worth of my money. We probably won’t coming back.

Bad design. Usb and power socket literally next to the pillow. Shower floor is slippery and no place to hang any clothes or towel
