Hotel With Jeju (solo trip)

Strange smell in the room. Don’t feel completely clean. You can find many better hotels in Jeju city for same or lower price

you can drop off your luggage in front of the lobby, the receptionist is available 07.00 am - 01.00 am, if you need to check out early in the morning you can drop your key on reception desk, this room is great, have a nice view mount halla, and this hotel is near shopping street and lotte mall

I enjoyed my stay here. The front desk was nice and held my luggage until check-in. The room was very clean and spacious, and I liked the restoom and closet too. It had a fridge and tea pot, which was perfect. My only trouble was that my phone charger kept falling off the socket for some reason. Room space are big, kinda old style bus station in front of Hotel, located in strategic area. Convenience store is near the hotel. Ok to stay for a Morning flight because the location near to Jeju airport.

I regret to say that my experience with the hotel was disappointing, particularly due to the unhelpful and unprofessional attitude of the receptionist. Communication was difficult, as the staff appeared to have very poor language skills. English expectations were not met, and I found it challenging to engage in basic conversations.
