Hotel Whistlelark Jeju (solo trip)

Just staying for a night but the room is clean and spacious and everyone has been hospitable. It’s a good location too

Was a bad experience, room's bed sheets from previous customer was not even changed. I checked in late and by the time I realized was late night. This was coupled with a bad Aircon setup. Aircon was auto set to turn off once room reached 25 degree C, this meant no air circulation in enclosed room . It was stuffy through the night and the aircon made a loud noise each time. We booked a mountain view and were given a 20th floor room with a side on view of the ocean so nice little bonus. The staff were nice and room was in good condition. Decent balcony with table and chairs. Spacious shower was rainfall or standard shower head option with window into the main room with closable blinds. Massive smart TV. Heated toilet seat with bidet functions. Location is good.

Great location of the hotel but the hotel itself is very old and the rooms and corridors smell of carpet. We had 2 rooms and both the safe were spoiled. The service recovery was very fast, though, to fix the safe. Feel compelled to write this feedback even though it’s not asked for as honestly for the price this hotel was a great stay! It was generally clean, well appointed, I requested for both rooms in my booking side by side and they did it, faced the ocean/sea of jeju and it was beautiful and peaceful.
