More like a motel. No lobby, no staff at counter most of the time. Toothpaste but no toothbrush, shampoo and body wash provided. Only face towels provided. Decent hotel. Good for the money but don’t expect a comfy bed.

Polite staff, well kept room and bathroom. Toiletries and fresh hand towels provided. Useful information brochures about Jeju. Staff is at hand 24 hours. I would advice you to bring hairdryer and straightener as this is not provided.
