The front desk is acting poker face all the time, poor service

A bit disappointing to be honest. The reception was a bit cold. The rooms were ok, but the shower water didn’t drain properly. They said this was by design as otherwise it would stink up the room. But only being able to shower for 5 minutes because the water started seeping out of the shower is not nice. Location is totally fine, and there is free parking below the hotel for your rental car.

The hotel is 4stars grade but the service is not at all about the 4-stars. Room was clean but no amenities at all. There was no tea and coffee at all. And the view is very closed to the front building , especially the room of an apartment. Its a small studio building. Staffs are not so kind. It has no values for 4stars.

(Chinese people have serious discrimination + hotel theft is prevalent and difficult to compensate and pursue, + a hotel card can be used to open multiple rooms + scenic spots are monotonous and general + shopping prices are higher...

The staff are very accommodating and patient - asked for a chicken and beer place, staff even printed out a copy of a map to show us. Breakfast buffet spread is quite good, they even have extended tables in the lobby. Location is good - ...
