Good hotel room. But room service is not available. I call the frontdesk for a pair of spoon and fork. The staff asked me to do to the frontdesk to collect. I did go to the frontdesk, a professional staff told me 'no.' they don't have. When I turned I saw another staff, he was holding a pair of spoon and fork for me. I told it and left. Otherwise it's a nice hotel. We enjoyed our stay.

She has given us a lot of advice on driving in Jeju, good food recommendations (this one is the best advice I have got in this trip 👍👍👍). Very nice hotel. Room is very comfortable and spacious. Good size bathroom as well. Staff are very friendly. Especially one of the front desk ladies (speaks very good English and Chinese). Cannot remember her name unfortunately. Made us feel very welcome. Very good location as well. Lots of shops and restaurants around. Would stay there again if in Jeju island.

The room is well equipped and I especially love the motion activated toilet light. He len, at the reception, is a gem. She gave us really great tips and she was extremely warm and friendly. Highly recommend to stay at this hotel.
