Hotel Air City Jeju (couple trip)

Good hotel overall, if they can improve the breakfast crowd and elevator speed would be perfect. No gym. Very fast wifi.

The front desk stuff is really rude. I asked politely if I could check in early, the man just shut out to me very rudely. And when I check in the room, I found there is no clean towel. And the dirty towels are left in my rest room.

I have lived in motels with better service. There's no coffee or tea in the room, no toiletries provided, the comforter and curtains are torn. These are all ofcourse aesthetics and luxuries, but one would think a hotel of this stature would provide better.

The room was good, BUT there's NO amenities, even toothbrush, toothpaste, hair brush no one, it's horrible just 2 bottle of water available on the refrigerator.. I expected a lot so that's why I didn't bring my personal belongings...BUT...ugh!! On my own opinion they actually done that so that their customer will buy in the convince store at the first floor,which is MAYBE the owner franchised that...

more like 2.5-star hotel. stingy and lacks many things odd how this property was able to earn 4-star grading. it looks ok from outside being 17 stories high and all but lacks so many things inside. sneaky marketing with room types. they advertise deluxe double rooms with balcony are all "sold out" when in fact they are sold as 'regular' superior double; when you check in, you will be told all ...
