Hamdeok Beach Stay Jeju (couple trip)

They don’t have big towels. The room isn’t as clean as expected, and the water flows out from the bathroom’s shower , leaving the floor all wet

The location is one of the best, great view and convenient (ocean view room & highest floor) — especially the balcony is a plus😀 The room meets the need, clean, but is more like self furnished airbnb than hotel room. Bus stops nearby, lots of restaurants nearby.

The staff at reception were extremely rude! They barely speak English and act as if they are superior. Despite paying for the room, an extra fee for an ocean view, and breakfast, I was treated like I didn't belong at the hotel. The room is small and dirty, there are insects in the hotel🤬The only positive aspect is the hotel's location near the beach.

The hotel is easy enough to find from public transport and Google maps. It's on the beach front. There are plenty of food options in the area sadly there doesn't appear to be a food night market but I could be wrong. The check in time is 3pm. There is the option of dropping bags early. We booked a double room. They allocated us a room with a double and single bed meaning the room was nice and larg...

Great location but very average rooms. Beds/mattresses are incredibly hard.
