Grand Hyatt Jeju (couple trip)

5* for the hotel and beautiful views. We were upgraded to the sea view room and saw the sunset from our room every night. However, 1* for service. Firstly, we don’t speak Korean and speak English but the staff asked if we could speak Chinese instead. Secondly, our thermostat showed 25-26.5 degrees regardless of the AC temperature setting, so we requested for a thinner blanket as the down blanket...

The hotel is excellent and a great value for the price. Rooms are extremely spacious and well-maintained. The view is wonderful. The soaking tub is very relaxing. The coffee and tea in the minibar are great. I was also very satisfied with the breakfast buffet. They had western and Asian choices with an endless choices of desserts.

Very nice 4 nights stay here, the view of the room is fantastic and definitely need to try the swimming pool on 8th floor. There is one 7-11 store at 4 floor so I can grab something to try during a late wake up. The resturant on 38th place is expensive but worth for the food and better skyline view. Customer services group are also doing a good job during the stay and after-stay email feedback.
