We overall had a good experience. The check-in and checkout was very smooth and we received good service when needed. Their parking is a 3 minute walk to the hotel, so be mindful if walking is an issue. Poor service front desk officer, never great customer never say thank you. He always not on his desk when we want to look for him (for check out enquiries and etc) book a seaview room but was assigned a room next to the cafe. This hotel was AMAZING for a weekend getaway. The location is right on the beach, far enough away from the busy bars to be quiet, but close enough to walk to them if that is your thing. The room was small to be honest, but was clean. I wasn't in Jeju to stay in the hotel though. The restaurant had a breakfast buffet that was pretty good and an excellent value.

This hotel is at a great location! Right on the beach and on a strip of good restaurants. Room was a little dirty and there was no hot water so that was the only negatives. (Family room for 6 people) there are not many charging stations around the room. The bathroom floor is always wet. The room is clean, some furniture stuffs are old and need repair. This hotel has free beer from 6pm -10pm and the beer was really good. Worth the money!!!
