Babies ride free but cabin is tight, no stroller entry, no diaper change table, and pressure changes may upset ears; parents must hold infant throughout and improvise care, so visit only if necessary.
Note: Seogwipo Submarine is 45% Baby-Friendly. You may want to consider other Baby-Friendly Things to Do in Jeju for a more suitable experience.
Why 2-3 hours visit duration is ideal for with baby: The 45-minute dive, boarding procedures and optional Munseom Island walk fit in this time with breaks for feeding and diaper changes.
Submarine dive to 40 m:
Descend through three ecological zones to see corals, seahorses, clownfish and giant spider crabs.
Tip: Reserve window seats early and arrive 30 minutes before departure to choose your spot.
Interactive diver show:
Watch professional divers dance with fish and signal through portholes.
Tip: Stand near the mid-cabin portholes for the clearest view of the diver gestures.
Rainbow halo at surfacing:
See sunlight refract on water surface and flying seagulls through top windows.
Tip: Move to the upper deck viewing window immediately after surfacing.
Munseom Island walk:
Enjoy a 30-minute flat coastal path around Munseom Island with cliff and cove views.
Tip: Bring a sunhat and non-slip shoes; ideal for a post-dive stroll with baby in carrier.

Great experience to go down in a submarine. 40 metres down! Nice view underwater and colourful fish around. Spectacular views on the bridge and sea site!

Indeed a good experience , after all submarine is not something you can get to see all the time. No worries for the safety , thus far is zero accident record. However if you got fear with casteiphobic then might need to skip this. Will recommend this definitely.
