Trail ribbons, stamp passports and kid festivals add fun learning, and some half-routes end at play-friendly beaches, but many sections lack guardrails, constant shade and child-height toilets.
Why 2-3 hours visit duration is ideal for with kids: Families with kids can complete a short half-route in this time, with stops for stamps and beach play without exhausting younger hikers.
Collect Olle Trail Stamps:
Pick up a free passport at an info center and collect stamps at the start, midpoint and end.
Tip: Bring a pen and let each child find the blue/orange ribbons marking stamp stations.
Half-Route Walk on Route 15B:
Hike from Hallim to Gwakji Beach along a flat coastal path with cafes and rest stops.
Tip: Start in the morning to avoid crowds and pack light snacks to eat at seaside benches.
Beach Play at Gwakji Beach:
Build sandcastles and paddle in shallow water at the end of Route 15B.
Tip: Bring swimwear, a small towel and water shoes for rocky patches in the shallows.

Spring and autumn bring mild weather and fewer crowds. In autumn, join the Twinkle Twinkle Jeju Olle Global KIDS Walking Festival (Sept 20–21) on Route 7. In summer, start early or late to avoid midday heat and plan extra beach breaks.

Beautiful scenic walk. It’s a bit hard to find the starting point but once you do the trail is easy to follow. Beware that there are limited bathroom facilities for the first few miles. Once you reach the end you’ll need to find a way back to your car and the bus near the port is infrequent. The trail itself is mostly easy and flat.

Nice trail, I made the river valley. This is a trail around the island, in several segments. Well indicated way. A made only a short part, it should require a week at least.

So we are walking the Jeju olle and finished route 9 here, we missed this start/end point as there are quite a lot of campers etc in the area and it was raining quite hard, so we had to backtrack, not our favorite experience but the person in the info center was nice and they had a stamp in 5e office so the rain didn't make stamping impossible

Great trail just under 16km. Not too difficult but quite alot of stairs if you have bad knees. Beautiful views all the way !

Olle Trail Route 10 is a very nice one. It goes along the Yongmeori coast, and you can see some women making fresh seafood on rocks. They look kind of like seashells or lobster claws. There is a famous sight, Sanbanshan near route 10. If you have enough time, make a trip to go to the temple.
