A stroller works only at the main deck; steps demand a carrier, nursing rooms are absent, and no gear rental exists, although toilets usually offer a basic fold-down changing table.
Why 2 hours visit duration is ideal for with baby: This lets you complete the coastal path, enjoy sea views, and take breaks for your baby.
Stroller-friendly viewing deck:

Tidal pool exploration:
Low tide reveals small pools with crabs and shells.
Tip: Check tide tables and hold your baby securely near slippery rocks.
Picnic on the lawn:
Grass area near the cliffs is perfect for a snack.
Tip: Bring a small blanket and light snacks for a relaxed break.
Short coastal stroll:
Easy path from parking lot to the rock with gentle inclines.
Tip: Use a baby carrier for sections with stairs where the stroller won’t fit.

Impressive landscape. It's not just the rock stack, you can walk further along the coast on a well-kept path and there are beautiful views.

The parking right nearby has a free zone, so if you arrive early enough--or on a not so pleasant day--you can snag a spot. The trail was pretty empty, so it was easy to get great pics; it's also just a wonderful walk.

Free entrance to site but parking cost 2000won. I use the stairs down did the loop and came back through main road! Very nice during sunset and not as crowded as other sites! Recommend
