Jungang Underground Shopping Center (solo trip)

A cool place to hang around during a hot day. Many shops & food stall to keep you occupied for hours. Near to the famous market street.

Plenty of stores but most of the clothes were of mediocre quality. The few stalls I entered had very friendly aunties. The good thing is it cuts across many attractions so it’s a good starting point. I thought the Chenglu shopping street had better value.

sells cute kids wear, end up did not buy anything back as their sale is seasonal clothing. great hide place for during rain. items not as cheap.

A very looooong underground shopping street. But ended up did not buy anything here. Mostly clothings, only 1 hand phone case shop, and lots of facial product shops. Especially many face mask for some reason. But good to go up from here to the streets above.
