A stroller rolls easily on the level pavement and public toilets at the sports complex may have diaper tables, but no nursing room, heavy crowds, and scarce shade mean parents must bring all supplies.
Why 2-3 hours visit duration is ideal for with baby: Enough time to stroll the 1km avenue at a gentle pace, enjoy a picnic, and use nearby baby facilities.
Walk the Cherry Blossom Avenue:
Push your stroller along the flat, 1km path lined with large-petaled cherry blossoms.
Tip: Start early when light is soft and paths are quieter for easy stroller access.
Picnic under the blooms:
Spread a blanket on the grassy edge and enjoy snacks amid falling petals.
Tip: Pack light snacks and a waterproof mat; keep baby shaded with a hat or umbrella.
Explore festival craft stations:
Visit origami and spring flower exhibits on the open-air stage during the festival.
Tip: Check festival dates (late March–early April) and arrive off-peak to avoid crowds.
Use public restrooms for baby care:
Diaper changing stations are available in toilets at both ends near the Sports Complex.
Tip: Bring your own wipes and a changing pad in case baby mats are in use.

Best. Jerry blossom road right now on the 28 March. Fully bloomed along most of the roads. Full of cars and people. So it is challenging to take the best photos. You can try the small roads to look for cherry blossom trees if you want more freedom, time and space to take photos.

Cherry blossoms over. All green now.
