The location is great as it's nearby subway and BIFF. The front desk staff was not friendly when we checked in. The room looked old and smelled damp perhaps because of the carpet. The bathroom use bathtub and the bath curtain was kinda dirty. The basin was clogged but they fixed it on the next day as we stayed for 2 nights. My children booked 3 hotel rooms for 5 adults and 4 very young children on 21/11/24,but when arrived,they were denied entry and screamed at by rude staff named ms Park BokYong,she insisted my children to book xtra rooms for their young children that are below 5 years old!!!no options are given to them!!Such a horrible experience holiday in Busan booking this hotel,hope agoda will refund the book...
