Not as great as expected. This is a very old hotel. Even though you can tell that remodel many times it's still too old and shows its age. First of all, bathroom is very small. Barely two people can fit in the bathroom. Climate control system looks but outdated. Overall hotel service was also not as great as five star hotel that it claims. I am from Malaysia, very pleasant stay at this hotel from 11th to 14th Dec 2025. Nice view to the beach from my room, room very clean. Most important, the staff been very polite and helpful. Surprisingly to find all of them refused tips although I thought they really deserve it for their good service. Definitely will stay back on the hotel if I come to Busan again.

I’ve been a frequent guest here for business related stays. This hotel is top-notch on services. Their staff always have good attitude and is very helpful, especially the staff on the second floor lounge. Highly recommend this hotel for a nice welcome stay.

The hotel is in an excellent location, close to Haeundae Beach, the market, and Dongbaekseom Island. This makes it ideal for guests who enjoy nature walks and exploring the area.
