Do not book this hotel. Security is a major concern here. As others had also previously mentioned, we also experienced issues with our electronic door lock, where the door spontaneously unlocked, allowing for anyone to enter without a key. Thankfully, this happened at a time when we were in the room and noticed the door popping open, or else all our belongings would have been stolen. As a new hot...

Hotel Soto Suites Negative points and positive points: Staff appear friendly but stay gone from the front desk for hours at a time and the only way to reach them is by downloading a messaging app called Kaokao. The smarthome panels in the rooms are not user-friendly and written in the local language. The smarthome techn is unnecessary when a simple remote will do just fine. We struggled a ...

Although we ran into an issue with the washer, the hotel management was quick to come to our room and fix the w...

Brand new, partially still under construction, but really very comfortable, spacy and clean. We booked a SUPERIOR ROOM WITH QUEEN SIZE BED, and it was perfect, I would definitely recommend it. They don’t clean your room on a daily basis, only after the second night and only when asked for.

The location offers a wide variety of food options and is extremely convenient for public transportation and taxis. For travelers, while price is important, considering the condition at this price point, I believe there’s no better option among nearby hotels.
