Signiel Busan (with kids)

Great hotel. Rooms are big and modern. Dyson hairdryer, Nespresso coffee, Evian water, nice slippers that come in two sizes and a nice welcome tea set in the room. Breakfast buffet is on the 5th floor and has everything you need. The staff is excellent. I prefer this hotel over the Park Hyatt, which is much older and in a bad location.

Perfect hotel in Busan!!! The customer service and attention to detail was the best we experienced in all of Korea (even better than the Four Seasons). They give you welcome teas and snacks, they will steam 2 items of clothes for free a day, the breakfast was delicious as was the restaurant downstairs. Their tea contraptions and teas were amazing I need to buy them all now to replicate it at home....

The hotel looks and feels nice, and the service is warm and professional. However, I honestly find it absurd that we have to pay for a toothbrush and toothpaste after paying a large amount of money for the hotel room. I hope the management looks into it and changes this policy, it is honestly shocking and mind baffling. The hotel is otherwise really good though so it is quite disappointing.

Great hotel but it's not well designed for the number of rooms. Everything is too full and you have to queue for the elevators, check in, check out, etc. Having to wait 10 min for elevator ... Should not happen in 5 star. Often we rode up just to go down, just to ensure we were able to get into an elevator car. Room was beautiful but a bit small.
