Ramada Encore by Wyndham Busan Haeundae (couple trip)

Location is good. But rooms were small and breakfast had very limited options for Indians. They were not ready to do an omlette at request.

Rooms were ok sized for the price paid. However, the service of the staff has lots of room for improvement. I called for extra pillows, and was told that they had no extra pillows for guests (hotel wasn’t full occupancy so what’s with the lie?). Emailed the corporate office informing them of my encounter, and extra pillows magically turned up on my bed after house keeping. Location was great, but ...

The hotel itself was good and the location was close to a lot of restaurants but the front staff ruined the trip for us. We traveled with our 7 month old who happened to throw up milk on the bed. We called the front desk to ask for a change of sheets around 6pm and they told us housekeeping was gone for the day which was fine so we asked for some spare sheets to change ourselves and they told us ...

Very quick check in/out. Location is very close to Haundae beach and train station. Free water provided. Extremely clean. Shower gel and shampoo provided. Could've provided more amenities such as toothpaste/brush etc.

Location is very convenient. Close to subway station n haeundae Beach. Rooms were clean n neat . Elevators were too slow n crowded most of time . Many items like shower caps, liquid handwash , bath robes were not provided. Slippers provided were used ones. Never expected such poor facilities from Ramada Overall not worth the money .
