Overall a great hotel in a very good beachfront location. Very easy to walk to many of the attractions and calling an uber to venture out further is also very simple. However, the hotel rules are a bit over the top and they are militantly enforced by the staff. Some examples; telling children not to run or make noise in the children’s play area, telling children not to jump or splash in the swimmi...

This is not paradise. This is pure HELL! This place is not designed to provide service to every customer. You just physically can’t stay there more than 10 seconds. Overcrowd is insane. Customer service is terrible. We asked refund for last night immediately after check-in and disappoint of service and the reception lady gave the most absurd explanation that they don’t give refund and it’s our job...

My only complaint is related to the women sauna. Not outdoor spa with garden. While the facility was spacious and included an outdoor bath with fresh aired sea view, my experience was marred by a elderly woman presum...

Super strong jets in the jet pools and all the people were having a great time. Their outdoor area was just beautiful with all the trees by the beach. their bar served really good drinks. we enjoyed our...

I came to Busan for a trip, and although I have Marriott Titanium status, I had to stay at the Paradise Hotel in Haeundae. I was a bit concerned at first, but after meeting hotelier Lee Hyo-seok, everything turned out to be wonderful. True to Paradise's reputation, everything was excellent, and I had a fantastic trip.
