Lotte Hotel Busan (couple trip)

We got the king size bedroom during our visit. Room was clean and spacious. The workers were friendly and prompt to helping us at the lobby upon arrival. We were able to keep our luggages with them before check in and after checking out. It’s located near a metro station as well. Overall a great stay!

We had amazing stay had Lotte hotel. The place was excellently located, super close to the metro station. The rooms were spacious and clean and had comfy beds. We enjoyed good hospitality ad the staffs were extremely professional and helpful. We also loved their buffet breakfast which had a large variety of food choices, including many Korean dishes.

We had an amazing couple night stay at Lotte Hotel Busan! We really enjoyed the room and amenities. The bed was one of the more comfortable beds I've stayed in. Reception and Concierge were pleasant and helpful. But bell staff did not help with our luggage upon departure. Hotel is directly connected to the Lotte mall and Seongmyeon train station. Unless you are a biz traveller or have a lot of time on hand, I would not recommend staying here due to the location away from the tourist attractions. From March 24-27, 2025, my party stayed in three rooms on its 27/F. The rooms are spacious and there are coffee-making machines. We disposed of one broken baggage at no charge. But exercise amenities aren’t free. Reception and concierge services are very good. We booked a coach big enough to ferry six persons with six bags to the Gimhae Airport.
