The exterior, entrance, elevator and hallways doesn't look inviting but the lobby is good. It's a basic hotel but with a good location for a good price. If you can, book the Ocean Premier Room on their own website, mine was on the 29th floor with two balconies towards the ocean and sun all day. The view and balcony was amazing, so worth it. The building has 32 floors with rooms up to floor 31....

I had a very nice stay here. My room is on 25th floor and has amazing view. The room is clean and the elevator runs fast. The location is so good, right next to Haeundae beach and many good restaurants. I will stay at the same place if I come back to Busan.
