El Momento Songdo (solo trip)

There is a 7-11 just outside the hotel. The rooms also have balconies with sea views and beaches. The rooms have refrigerators, kitchens, washing machines, coffee machines, and ordering machines. The price is reasonable and very comfortable.

I stayed at your hotel yesterday and was profoundly disappointed with the accommodation experience. The hygiene conditions were severely substandard, with the following issues: 1. The location is excellent, you will smell the ocean breeze, the staff is friendly and helpful but the cleanliness is very poor, too many sand on the bed/floor and we found many hairs. We’re flabbergasted. You have to clean throughly after guests leave.
