Busan Yeongmu Parade Hotel Haeundae Beach (couple trip)

I ended up in this hotel after my booking didn't exist. They were accommodating and patient. The lady in the front desk spoke great English, which was so helpful. Do not book a suite room here, any suite rooms below 15th floor have really no view of the sea, just the buildings. Nothing like they show in pictures. They say that they give floors on first come basis but the check in time is 4pm and we checked in at 4.15pm and still we were given a lower floor room with literally just buildings everywhere we see. They should clarify it while booking. Not worth ...

The rooms were compact but it was not much of a problem. The location is really nice. One can access the nearby beach by just walking from this place.

I read some bad reviews about the receptionist but fortunately when we came there th front desk officer was nice and pretty helpful. We were allowed to put our luggage in front of the front desk. The room is nice and clean but too bad there is no waiting room not even sofa or chairs for us to rest for a while before going into the room

I originally made a reservation thru Agoda and reached out through msg about having a pet. They replied back stating that the room I booked was not accepting pets and I needed to do another booking. Okay, no problem, tried to change it but couldn't change my room unless I cancelled the whole reservation.
