I won't stay here again but the guys at the front desk are nice. And the younger housekeeper is kind. Wish they would clean the rooms more often. The location was perfect for people riding the subway and train. The station was very close. CU was close to lobby convenient for quick store runs.

The man works at reception in the evening time is very rude, doesn’t know how to talk to the guests staying at the hotel, Room service is average, Room cleaning is not done properly, Towels provided are only small size which is highly inconvenient, also because of the proximity to the train station, you get a lot of noise of train tracks during the night as rooms are not soundproof. The hotel is located an easy walk from Busan Station with easy access to the subway and KTX lines. Rooms were large but bathroom needed better ventilation. Our main room door did not lock, it took a day to sort out. If you’re on a strict budget, then I’d recommend this hotel

Nothing good about this place. Staff is very rude, everywhere is dirty, and there isn't even a lock for the toilet. We had to pay for an extra bed whilst only getting 4 towels to use (keep in mind that we had more people than 4). We also got 2 toothbrushes. Horrible place, don't even bother going here.
