Busan City Hotel (couple trip)

It was comfy to stay here. Even though it's a business hotel, but the room is spacious. The room was very cleaned. I could work out at the fitness centre on the second basement, which is I like the most. It has various types of equipments. The location of the hotel was fine. It is accessible to any tourist spots in Busan. All staff was so kind, I recommend the hotel :)

A key one was the non-functioning air-conditioning throughout the hotel, and consequently in the rooms. On arrival the temperature was 25 degrees and rose to 26 and 27 in the room, the staff poiformed that at this time of year the air conditioning is centrally switched off and there is no option to switch it on. The location of the hotel and the amenities are okay. Unfortunately, our room was not very clean, and the restaurant was closed during our stay. When we checked out, we unfortunately left a valuable jacket in the room and immediately contacted the hotel, but it was no longer found. It was definitely still there and was therefore stolen. A new hotel with nice rooms including large deluxe rooms. The deluxe room I had on the seventh floor was clean and as expected with a separate sitting area with its own TV, in addition to the TV oposite the queen bed.
