This is one of the most customer-focussed hotels I've ever stayed. Really enjoyed by our family on recent stay in Singapore. The connection to the MRT of City Hall made it a breeze to explore other parts of the city. The room with Marina Bay view was a plus and the Halal breakfast at Asian Market Cafe was excellent as well. All the staff were welcoming and helpful during our stay. Will definitely book again in future.

This is an excellent high end high rise property. Rooms on the higher floors are very quiet and over a great view. The check in process is a bit slow as they need you to re-enter details already provided in the booking. Apart from that it's a very good experience.
