We would like to compliment Amy for her great service. She is so friendly, cheerful and attentive. And always smiling. Her friendliness really added to the Christmas spirit. This is our first visit to the LIME Restaurant. We really like the atmosphere, good spread of sumptuous food and the attentive staff here. We will definitely come back again. Thank you.

Magnificent hotel in convenient location. Staff were attentive and helpful. A big shout out to Tian Lee serving breakfast on Christmas Day and the Taxi concierges for organising our transport so efficiently. A small, but important, oversight would be the lack of hot spa next to the pool. But otherwise fabulous experience in glorious surroundings. Will definitely book again. Slept brilliantly too!

Stayed in an Urban Deluxe Twin. Clean, modern room with very comfortable beds and good soundproofing — slept really well. The table and chair were comfortable for work. The garden walk and greenery around the pool were a real highlight, peaceful and refreshing. Enjoyed the stay at ParkRoyal, from check in to the stay and breakfast the following day, the staff have been very polite and respectful. Overall experience was great. Rooms need to be a bit freshened up, but still way ahead of some other hotels I have stayed in the area. Location is excellent. For the F&B it's typical Singaporean fare but the service and friendliness of staff makes the difference.
