It is a beautiful hotel with everything you could need. I did have to keep calling down for milk refills because I drink tea, and not coffee. The pool is fabulous, except shallow everywhere. The lift on the outside are fantastic at night. The buffet breakfast, although expensive at A$80 has everything you could desire and more...allow hours to enjoy breakfast.

Located in a prime area, this hotel offers exceptional convenience with its close proximity to the subway station, making it easy to explore everywhere. Guests can enjoy a satisfying breakfast buffet each morning and take in the pleasant views from the hotel. A truly comfortable and well-connected stay.

The hotel room, while vintage and small, provides a stunning view that enhances the stay. The lobby exudes beauty and charm. However, the Pacific ballroom is undeniably cramped and becomes too warm when accommodating large crowds. The halal food served is decent, but there is definitely room for improvement to elevate the dining experience.

Excellent location — very close to train and bus stations, and within walking distance of major attractions. The room offers a beautiful view, as do the restaurants. It had everything we needed, including electric adapters for both US and European plugs. The room was spacious, comfortable, and luxurious.
