Novotel Singapore on Stevens (with kids)

Horrible attitude by person at front desk named 'Mark', sorry for naming the person but he is very differential towards people from different regions. Didn't think Novotel encourages such employees. Room is clean and spacious. It is quiet and peaceful away from the buzzing orchard area but still within a few bus stops. The hotel compound is self sustainable with 711 and eateries. However I would like to point out that the toilet has a urine smell which is quite disturbing. All else is good.

I had a wonderful stay at Novotel. The hotel truly lives up to its reputation as one of the biggest and most luxurious properties. The ambiance was excellent, the rooms were spacious and well-maintained, and the staff was courteous and very helpful. The facilities, cleanliness, and overall hospitality exceeded my expectations.
