Mercure Singapore on Stevens (couple trip)

It's a nice and clean hotel. Although in the quite area, but they have shuttle to Orchard Road. The room is cozy. The breakfast also have good foods and many varieties. Big Swimming Pool and spacious Gym also an added point. Recommended to stay in this hotel

It is a nice hotel. Good location and room. However, the wall between rooms are so thin and guests next door were so loud until 2-3am every morning. I could not sleep. They were still super noisy even we reported to front desk and we personally knocked on their doors. Gosh…. We were here for business and need to get up at 6 or 7. Wonderful stay at Mercure, for two nights. Lobby reception was super helpful and accommodating. On my last day, after checking out, I was able to leave my luggage for a few hours while I went to explore the city with a walking tour. Clean room, lovely breakfast, and overall a great stay!

Overall, I wouldn’t say I’m fully satisfied with the stay, but I do appreciate that the staff were trying their best under what seems to be a challenging situation.
