  • Stroller accessibility: Wide, paved paths allow easy stroller navigation and resting spots.

Challenges:

  • Heat and humidity: Midday temperatures can exceed 32°C. Schedule active play in the morning or late afternoon.
  • Weekend crowds: Popular spots fill quickly on weekends. Arrive early to secure space in play areas.

One of the highlights of a trip to Singapore. The Orchid Garden is well worth a visit if you like flowers. Spend an hour or so wandering and looking at rare, VIP, celebrity, large, small and amazing looking plants. There's also a cool house to visit to where you can hide from the sun for a while

Another great place to enjoy the flora in Singapore. Singapore Botanic Gardens is mostly peaceful, unlike gardens by the bay which has quite a lot of crowds, here you can enjoy peace in a lot of spots. I really enjoy seeing turtles in the pond, there's like hundreds of them in the pond, swimming and chilling above water. The trails are also really good for jogging. There's also a field that reall...

Singapore Botanic Garden is absolutely magnificent! Most areas are free to explore, and the National Orchid Garden (which has an entry fee) is stunning and showcases orchids I had never seen before. It’s also a perfect spot for a picnic and a peaceful escape from the city. I highly recommend visiting while in Singapore as part of the gardens is recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage Site

There are countless zones to explore, from lakes and waterfalls to dense forest boardwalks and palm tree-lined lawns. You’d never think you were in the middle of a ma...
