Despite the confusing signage and ongoing renovation works (the drilling din was not only disturbing but seemed to irate nearby animals the poor things), we had an enjoyable time and that’s all due to the lovely, warm staff of Mandai. They truly are a credit to the zoo, and their warmth and care towards the animals really shine through. Not just the zookeepers mind you but everyone we met who work...

Really enjoyed this new zoo experience! It’s a fresh and different way to explore — felt much more up close with some of the animals. Every angle is super Instagrammable too. Great for both kids and adults. Definitely worth a visit!

Really enjoyed this semi wildlife park! Have to salute the people who weaved nature with comfortable walkways so that families, young and old are able to take in what nature has to offer. Ticket's a little pricey though.

Most people already know the Singapore Zoo is a must visit and beautiful place. What I’d like to share is that the Mandai wildlife reserve customer service is top notch! I’m really proud and happy to be a friends of Mandai plus member and I will continue to support them as much as possible. Their response is quick and always so positive. One of the best customer services I’ve experienced in Sing...

I got tickets to all the 5 tours and completed them in a single day, however I would recommend to visit the Rainforest Wild Asia and Bird Paradise on Day 1, then the Singapore Zoo and River Wonders on Day 2. It would easily take half a day at each of the above tours mentioned by me. You can plan for Night Safari on either of the days depending on the availability.
Carry light raincoats from November to January. Visit on weekdays to dodge crowds.
