Cheap area so you see the REAL Philippines, which is sure opening! I don't give money. I but the street kids food. About 25 turned up, from babies in arms to 17 years old. I LOVED them ALL and only offered Street Foods. Yes, I also slipped only 50 Pasos to a few. Watch out for the young 4 , 5 year old ones PLEASE. Lucky ones, don't forget them please Clean.
