Solaire Resort Entertainment City (solo trip)

I’ve been here to watch a show and to attend an event at the Grand Ballroom and consistent experience — the smell of smoke is too strong even outside and far away from the Casino area. The staff is great - expected for casino crew - but the horrible smoke smell is just really not for people like me who don’t smoke. Second-hand smoking risk is real here.

This place offers excellent hospitality and very efficient service. Everything was organized and handled with attention. The clean and pleasant atmosphere made my visit even better. Recommended!

We always love coming back in Solaire Hotel! The place is beautiful, the service is top-notch, and everything was well taken care of. Loved the room, bathroom and the service! The only problem I had was the smell of cigarettes in the lobby, since I was traveling with a baby. Other than that, we had a very pleasant stay and the staff were very accommodating. Maybe the only thing I would consider a point of improvement are the check in and check out process.
