Sequoia Hotel Manila Bay (solo trip)

We arrived at the hotel at exactly the check in time which was 3PM - The front desk staff informed us that our rooms were not yet available. We were checked in at around 3:30 or so and when we asked for a late check out because we were checked in late, the staff informed us that it would be based on availability on the next day. The hotel receptionists are not knowledgeable enough to cater 3rd party bookings like arbitrip. If the hotel are affiliated with this transaction they must brief and instructed their employees so that customer will not suffer for the inconvenience. Transaction like this is unacceptable.

Perfect place to stay. We were able to visit DreamPlay twice in a single day because it is literally just across the road from Sequoia. If I have to nitpick, I think they need a little improvement on their gym facility like adding one more threadmill and probably make the pool water a bit heated. But overall, a highly recommended place to stay.

We stayed here for a few nights in February and had a pleasant experience overall. The rooms were clean, the sheets smelled fresh, and the breakfast buffet was excellent. Thank you so much! You made my wife’s birthday extra special! The rooms are clean, comfortable, and spacious. The staff are incredibly accommodating, with genuine smiles and excellent service. The location of the hotel is very convenient—it’s very close to Ayala Malls by the Bay, Parqal Mall, and other attractions. We’ll definitely be coming back!
