Riviera Mansion Hotel (with baby)

Had a quick 12-hour stay at Riviera Mansion Hotel and I’m impressed! The bathroom was clean and well-maintained, and the room felt spacious compared to many newer hotels. I also appreciated that there were plenty of outlet sockets—super convenient. Downside: They don’t provide slippers, so you’ll need to bring your own or buy from them for ₱100. I stayed at this hotel for the first time in August of this year. All the staff were friendly, and the food at the restaurant on the first floor was high quality and delicious. There's also a Robinson's nearby, so it's convenient for shopping and dining, and it's also a great place for nightlife. I'd definitely stay here again if I have the opportunity.

I’ve now stayed at this hotel half dozen times, and my experience has always been a good one. Celebrating New Year’s Eve '25 at a charming 3-star Riviera mansion hotel in Ermita, Manila has been an experience filled with mixed feelings! The hotel may have an old exterior, but we were pleasantly surprised by the clean and modern rooms. Our kids had a blast enjoying the bubble bath kit provided—it turned our bathroom into a mini-spa adventure! The bathtub was definitely a highlight for them....

Decent hotel. Well managed and clean. Staff is beyond. Bed was comfortable with plenty of hot water. The location is right in the middle of the red zone if that's your thing. However, the area, although centrally located, is located for easy access everywhere I would not travel with young people under the age of 18. Note, not dangerous at all.
